Our concept

Amuri e Sapuri is first and foremost a Sicilian delicatessen, born out of a love for good food and respect for tradition. Located in Kraainem, a stone's throw from Place Dumon in Stockel, the shop showcases the authentic flavors of Sicily, carefully selected by Davide La Cagnina, a passionate Sicilian and connoisseur of his country's cuisine.

🕢 In the morning: the true Sicilian ritual

Amuri e Sapuri welcomes you with a real Sicilian coffee, intense and fragrant, accompanied by artisanal cornetti, as found in Sicily... and rarely in Belgium.

Cornetti with pistachio, jam, chocolate, ricotta, or plain: an authentic, simple, and warm morning break to start the day in Italian style ☕🥐.

🍝 At lunchtime: the Tavola Calda, grocery store version

Amuri e Sapuri is not a restaurant, but at the back of the store, a pretty wooden counter allows you to enjoy the delicatessen specialties on site, in the spirit of the Sicilian tavola calda.

Every lunchtime, a selection of dishes made according to traditional recipes:

• eggplant parmigiana,
• crispy arancini,
• baked pasta and lasagna,
• Sicilian sausage with fennel,
• cheese boards and delicacies.

Generous, convivial cuisine to enjoy on the spot or take away, in an authentic, unpretentious atmosphere.

Davide works with renowned companies such as GIAPAS – Le Conserve di Montelepre, guarantors of artisanal expertise and impeccable quality.
